Shipping & returns

For both domestic and international shipments, we ship orders starting from €100,- (excluding VAT).


Benelux

Orders to The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. Excluding public holidays.

Free shipment applies to orders from 500 euro ex. Packages are shipped registered with PostNL.
Under 500 euro is €10,- ex shipping cost.

These orders placed before 15:00 = shipped out next working day.

PostNL Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL.
This allows you to track your package and know exactly when it will be delivered.


Delivery Address

During checkout, you can choose a delivery address.
This may differ from the billing address.


Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
Your order is therefore final upon payment.
Returns are only possible if a product does not comply with the agreement.

You are obligated to check upon delivery whether the products meet the terms of the agreement.
If they do not, you must notify Teatro Fashion as soon as possible, and within 48 hours of delivery, in writing and with a clear explanation.

We recommend that you first submit complaints to us by emailing [email protected].
If this does not lead to a solution within 14 days, you may submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.


Registering a Return

By email
Send an email including your order number, the total number of products, and the product article number to [email protected].
Attach a photo clearly showing the defect.

After registering your return via email or our contact form and receiving confirmation from Teatro Fashion, you may return or bring the products to our showroom.
Shipments must be sufficiently stamped and properly packaged.

If it has been demonstrated that the products do not meet the agreement, Teatro Fashion may choose to:

  • Replace the products with new ones upon return, or

  • Refund the invoice value.

If the returned products show signs of use or damage, Teatro Fashion reserves the right to claim compensation for damages.
